Subject: Complaint Regarding Server Crashes and Loss of Equipment

Dear Support Team,

Yesterday, I was accused of intentionally dying in the game. I strongly reject this accusation.

In reality, the game crashed twice on Server 0, resulting in significant losses. As a result, I lost over 200 crowns, numerous rifles, and other valuable equipment.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I already lost my entire equipment inventory in September due to technical issues.

I cannot and will not simply accept these repeated losses, especially since they were caused by server problems and were completely beyond my control.

I therefore request a thorough investigation of these incidents, clarification of the unjustified accusation, and appropriate compensation for my lost equipment and crowns.

I expect a fair resolution and a prompt response.
