This player is using pretty much every cheat I've encountered in this game. Increased movement speed, x-ray and aimbot. Shooting me from about 1000 meters (well beoyond the rendering distance in-game) with a sniper through rocks, trees and even whilst I was below a mountain ridge. You can't make this up. Mods? Look into him, and ban him.
