We all know Xbox, PS4, and of course Switch 2 players are of lower quality. They report bugs with no info, in broken English. Their platform of choice is of low quality by default and while DayZ is a buggy game, part of the problem is that they are running it on a crusty console probably covered in pizza crumbs and unable to get any ventilation.
I propose a system where all submitted non-PC Steam tickets are hidden, and the only way to view them is to toggle a button called "show non-PC tickets" or something like that.
Half the DayZ ticket space is taken up by people on console platforms reporting things like "game broke" or "unable to play" and then a string of profanities and no crash log, screen recordings, or any further info. This unnecessarily burdens the moderation team and the users that view and interact with tickets.
