Include ticket title and ID in browser tab titles

Currently, every page on the Feedback Tracker uses a static browser tab title (BI Studio - Feedback Tracker). Whether a user is viewing a specific ticket, browsing their profile, or on the main page, all open browser tabs look identical.

This makes navigating multiple open tickets in a browser very difficult, as users cannot distinguish between tabs without clicking on each one.

Rationale / Why it's needed:

Improves Browser Tab Navigation: Allows users to identify specific tickets at a glance from their browser tabs.
Web Usability Standard: Dynamic tab titles based on current page content are a standard web UX practice for issue trackers and forums.

Suggested Implementation:

Update the dynamic HTML <title> tag for ticket pages to follow a standard format: [ID] Ticket Name | BI Studio - Feedback Tracker (e.g., [FT-106] Show ticket name in activity | BI Studio - Feedback Tracker).
For profile or search pages, reflect the active view in the tab title as well (e.g., My Tickets | BI Studio - Feedback Tracker).
