This is in testing state. But I can see it is implemented and working now.
Though it is hard to see.

In description text edit its very close to, almost hidden behind the confirm buttons

And on the comment textbox, it is also hard to spot next to the new comment button (which btw is not vertically centered)

Old FT and GitHub both put it into the corner of the textbox, where nothing is obscuring it.
