The (member) search does not filter by substring, but instead returns results where the searched letters appear anywhere in the username in any order.

For example, searching for “menom” returns usernames like “dedmen” or “nomisum” which contain some of those letters but not the exact string.

Expected: Only usernames that contain the searched term as a continuous substring should be returned.
