There is a paramedic jacket and a tire repair kit that are both suspended in midair. Both are located in the industrial area on the road leading out of Elektro to the East, on the US 4403 1pp official server. See screenshots. This seems to happen often above train tracks, like in the case of the jacket, but doesn't require them, as the tire repair kit is suspended in midair and isn't above a train track
