What happened?

Server 2782 is repeatedly crashing. A player by the name JIJGGERNOG is openly taking credit for being the one crashing the server for duping. Someone started a server wide group chat to complain about the crashes and here are his messages.

I dont know how he does it, but his messages contain a link that is suppose to break it down.
