During the Christmas event the crashed Santa south of Vysokoye on Sakhal (coordinates 110/079) is under the ice of a small lake. The loot of this crash site is not reachable. See attached picture for verification.

Spawn in santa crash or wait far away for it to spawn.
See santa drowning, try to get his loot.
