How can a guy kill multiple people on an official server without the anti-cheat detecting the unusual activity and flagging kills made from over 100 meters away in just a few seconds?

The anti-cheat needs to check and compare the player's position and detect if they're getting kills through walls, rocks, or other obstacles, and then save a clip for analysis; vanilla is a hacker's paradise, and Bohemia doesn't give a damn about any of it.
