What happened?

Hi team, I would like to report that the PC Official Server 3914 (South America) has been completely offline for about 3 days now. Could you please check what happened? Is there a specific reason for this downtime, and do we have an estimated time for it to be back online? Thank you for your support!

Reproduction steps

We updated it but server 3914 won't start, what happened that took it offline? Is it coming back?
