What happened?

When I disconnected from a community server, my PS5 shut down abruptly, and now when I try to connect to an official server or any other community server, it won't let me and gives the error 0x00010001. I've already tried every possible solution—I changed the DNS, deleted the game, connected via LAN—and I wanted to know if it's possible to delete my character data. My PlayStation ID is gerobrinex

    yup i have the same issue pretty much other than im not able to load in at all to any server unless multiple attempts

    Hello.
    0x00010001 error is completely unrelated to our backend so we cannot delete any data (nor we have the possibility to do so).
    If the error message states that you are already connected to a specific server - this will resolve once the server restarts - that is a known issue that is being looked into.
