I am unable to join any DayZ server on Xbox One.

The server browser works normally and I can see the full list of servers, but whenever I try to join a server, I receive the following error:

“CONNECTING FAILED (0x00020009)”

This happens with every server I have tried, including both official and community servers.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• NAT type is Open.

• Restarted the Xbox multiple times.

• Completely closed and restarted DayZ.

• Restarted the router.

• Tested a different internet connection.

• Cleared the alternate MAC address.

• Changed DNS servers, including manual DNS settings.

• Tested multiple official servers.

• Tested multiple community servers.

• Tested the game with a different Xbox account on the same console.

The error still occurs with the second Xbox account, so the issue does not appear to be specific to my Xbox account.

The problem also persists when using a different internet connection, which makes a local network/router issue unlikely.

Expected behavior:
I should be able to connect to an available DayZ server.

Actual behavior:
The server list loads normally, but every attempt to join a server results in Connecting Failed (0x00020009).

1. Launch DayZ on Xbox One.

2. Open the server browser.

3. Select any available server.

4. Attempt to join the server.

5. The game fails to connect and displays: “CONNECTING FAILED (0x00020009)”.

6. Repeat the process with different official and community servers.

7. The same error occurs on every server.

The game should successfully connect me to the selected DayZ server and allow me to join the game without displaying any connection error.
