Not able to use inventory while being a vehicle passenger.

Enter vehicle.

Allowing vehicle passengers to interact with their inventory and/or radial wheel would make traveling long distances easier. Being able to use a map for navigation or feed yourself/driver would greatly reduce the time needed to stop and do those things. Navigation being the worst just by the amount of times needed to stop for checking the map.
