What happened?

Currently Car and Truck Batteries that are connected to construction lights de-spawn after a few hours.


I request Car and Truck Batteries connected to construction lights are considered part of a base the same way an extension cable is and get the same de-spawn timer taking into account flag poles.


This makes them a viable choice for lights which they currently are not.
