I am playing DayZ on Xbox Series X/S.
I was playing normally on the Official Chernarus server 2269 – Europe. After disconnecting from the server, I have been unable to connect again.
I repeatedly receive the following error:
0x0001000D – Connection failed / This account is already connected to another server.
I have already tried:
Completely closing DayZ.
Restarting the Xbox.
Power cycling the Xbox.
Clearing the alternate MAC address.
Waiting and trying again.
Trying to connect to another Official Chernarus server.
My Xbox NAT type is Open.
The problem persists.
It appears that my account may still be registered as connected to the Official EU 2269 server, even though I am no longer connected.
Could you please check whether my account has a stuck server session and, if possible, clear/reset that session so I can connect to DayZ again?
