What happened?

Me and my buddy were playing on Xbox NY Official 3893, when suddenly the entire server crashed and we couldn’t leave. We force-quit the game and relaunched, and the server is grayed out and just shows the numbers (I think it’s the IP Address?) and doesn’t allow you to join, been this way for at least 6 hours.
