I made a ticket with NITRADO about server.log not working and after 4 days of them making up excuses like disabling reduced logs which was already disabled they then finally fixed it after moving my server 3 times and the other one that was unrelated once.

I use this log file to read through other logs that aren't visible on their log panel and the fact that it's disabled yet again after i waited 40 days and i needed it 20 other times to deal with rule breakers and it be empty is beyond unreasonable for a service provider that confirmed it was working.

Use their service.

Server.log should not be empty or disabled, NITRADO support is NON-EXISTANT and it should not take 7 days to simply enable a command line feature.
