What happened?

Good afternoon. We’ve encountered the following issue when trying to connect to all DayZ servers. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods available to us on our end, but unfortunately, nothing has worked.

Reproduction steps

At this point, we suspect that the issue may be related to our ISP. However, in order for them to start investigating the problem, we need confirmation from the developers that the issue is indeed on the ISP’s side.

    Hello.
    There is no way for us to confirm the issue is on ISP's side. The only way you can find out is to try a network from another ISP to confirm if the game does work on it. If it does then it definitely is an issue with the ISP/network you are on.
