I am unable to connect to the DayZ official server: Server: 3812 | EUROPE - DE IP: 5.62.99.20:11700 Map: ChernarusPlus When I try to connect, I receive: CONNECTING FAILED (0x00010001) Could not connect to the server because it is unreachable. The server appears in the official server browser, but its information is incorrect: - Players: 0/0 - Server version: 0.-.- - Map: - - Mission: - - Ping: 0 ms I have tested the following: - Verified DayZ game files through Steam. - Restarted Steam and the PC. - Reset DayZ configuration files. - Tested Windows Firewall. - Tested with Avast disabled. - Added the required UDP firewall rules. - Tested direct connection to 5.62.99.20:11700. - Tested the connection using DZSA Launcher. - Tested other servers. - Community servers work normally. - Official servers do not connect. - VPN was also tested and did not resolve the problem. - TCP connection tests to 5.62.99.20:11700 and 5.62.99.20:2302 failed with a timeout. - Traceroute reaches the Nitrado infrastructure in Germany, but the final hops do not respond. The problem is reproducible and appears to affect the connection to official DayZ servers rather than my general internet connection, because Community servers work normally. Please investigate whether there is a routing, firewall, or server-side connectivity issue between my connection and the DayZ official server infrastructure. I can provide the full traceroute, pathping results, logs and screenshots if needed.

1. Launch DayZ through Steam.

2. Open the "Official" server browser.

3. Find the server "3812 | EUROPE - DE".

4. Try to connect to the server.

5. The connection fails with error 0x00010001: "Could not connect to the server because it is unreachable."

6. The server is shown as 0/0 players, 0 ms ping, server version 0.-.-, Map: -, Mission: -.

7. Community servers can be connected to normally.
