What happened?

Player currently on server using some kind of ESP/Wallhack,

I'll preface that I know most surfaces can be penitrated, But twice in 24 hours, i've been killed while still inside a room with no windows from shots that sound like they are 300-400m away, at the time i would take damage, and i would change rooms to bandage, and get shot again through the wall with no visible windows.

Both times on the same server (Maybe) the same culprit?
