What happened?

My friend is actually stuck in the title screen because when he try to go in a server it says that he is actually in a server but in reality he is not and no one but him is using this account

did someone know how to fix that bug we try everything ( we even try to change account and it doesn’t work even) his PlayStation name is Mimilepg

Sorry but the problem is that he can only play dayz on this account but his other games work perfectly
