(i got banned 2 days ago , and i need a human to respond pls)

I contacted a developer from bohemia interactive and he said it might have happen due to a cheating software that triggered the battleye auto banning system , he was right , tbh i cheat in secret neighbour sometimes , after i got banned in dayz i checked if there was a cheat running and i found out i forgot to close the cheat from secret neighbour , maybe the cheat from SN thought that dayz was the secret neighbour exe and ran on it , so if u would like to ban me , do it in secret neighbour not dayz D: , dayz slowly became my favourite game (i didnt feel getting 600 hours in it) , and i rlly wanna play it with my friends and brother again :( , Here is my steam id : 76561199301986757 , and yh could i get unbanned from the developer too? cuz i got banned by developer after battleye
