I logged into a server after it restart and got kicked by battleeye for my client not interacting with the server. I tried to log back in an it said I was already in the server. I cant log into any other servers as a result as well.

I tried to log out, restart my computer, log into other servers and log into the same server. I shut down the game normally, through the console and I played another game for a few minutes to see if that would change anything.
