What happened?

got killed by a hacker, i was at northwest airfield and i was hiding in buildings, server 6053 north america. seem like random bullet that go through walls or like magic bullet.

    hello, i reported a hacker that time, why am i the one who is being banned? I contacted already battle eye team, and says i should contanct the game developer? please help me out, i am not using hacks, i am the one who report it because i got killed by a hacker. PLEASE HELP ME OUT PLEASE I LOVE PLAYING DAYZ.

    The dev team does not distribute bans against players (If you are refering to the message from Steam - that is an automated universal message). This is completely in hands of the BattlEye team and you will have to contact them https://battleye.com/support

    In your other ticket you claimed that BattlEye told you to contact us. This is not true according to BattlEye.
    They also claim the ban is valid.
