What happened?

Abnormal sun glare/flare, even when the sun is hidden behind clouds - https://youtu.be/VtxZMUZH_CQ

Reproduction steps

Go into any house or dense forest and rotate the character's camera at various angles — the glare/flare appears even when it shouldn't. The same happens in open areas too.
