What happened?

The latest PlayStation Stable 1.29 Road to Badlands Update 2 patch notes list several known issues, but there are additional serious issues that remain unaddressed and are not mentioned in the official known-issues section.

Some of these issues have reportedly existed for more than a year, while others continue to affect server stability, gameplay fairness, and the experience of other players.

## 1. Godmode exploit involving emotes

There is an exploit involving the emote system that can allow players to obtain godmode/invulnerability.

This gives affected players an unfair advantage because they can survive situations in which a normal player should take damage or die. The exploit has been known for a significant amount of time and remains possible despite multiple updates.

This should be investigated and addressed as a priority because it directly impacts competitive gameplay and server fairness.

## 2. Emote exploit allowing players to "skywalk"

Another exploit involving emotes allows players to perform what is commonly referred to as "skywalking".

This can allow players to move or remain in locations where they should not normally be able to go, potentially giving them access to areas or movement capabilities that are not intended by the game.

Like the godmode exploit, this issue has remained possible through multiple updates and needs to be properly investigated.

## 3. Servers missing from the built-in server list / PC launcher

A large number of servers, including self-hosted servers, do not consistently appear in the built-in server browser and/or the PC launcher server list.

This makes it difficult or sometimes impossible for players to discover and join affected servers through the normal server-browser functionality.

This is particularly problematic for community and self-hosted servers, where visibility in the official server list is essential for players to find the server.

## 4. Exploit that can freeze other players' consoles

There is also an exploit that can reportedly be used to freeze another player's console client within a certain radius.

When affected, the console can become completely unresponsive and requires a restart. The client does not recover on its own, meaning the player is effectively forced to restart their console/game before they can continue playing.

This is especially concerning because it can be used to disrupt other players rather than simply causing a visual or minor gameplay bug.

## 5. Item duplication is still possible

Duplication exploits remain possible.

Players are still able to duplicate items through known methods, which can negatively affect the economy and progression of servers.

Duplication is particularly damaging on servers where rare weapons, equipment, ammunition, building materials, or other valuable items are intended to have limited availability.

## Why these should be included in the Known Issues

The current patch notes mention several known issues, but these additional problems have a much greater potential impact on gameplay and server integrity.

Some of these exploits have reportedly been around for over a year, yet they continue to be possible after multiple updates.

It would be helpful if these issues were either:

* acknowledged in the official Known Issues section;

* confirmed as being investigated;

* or addressed in a future hotfix/update.

The purpose of this report is not to provide instructions for exploiting these issues, but to document that they continue to exist and to highlight their impact on the player and server experience.

Please investigate these issues and consider adding them to the official Known Issues list so players and server administrators are aware that they are being tracked.
