What happened?

I ran out of gas and got the continuous bleeding and sickness. I lost everything due to this. Happened at 1700 eastern time USA on server 8537 North America- NY in the town of Lapatino. I would like a reset if possible as this was not due to my error.

    We will investigate the issue and attempt to reproduce it on our end in order to fix it. Unfortunately we do not reimburse any lost gear however.

    Hello again.
    if the disease progresses beyond stage 1, it won’t go away on its own. at stages 2-3 only POX injection or blood transfusion can help
