I’ve had the heat sickness for like 2-3 days of playing irl. At first when I got it the thermostat was white and then out of nowhere after building he was throwing up. Have not got rid of it since. I have hit the water truck and drank countless water and also made sure my clothes were drenched so I’m cool. My guy is still sick and throwing up regarding the fact that I have gotten my food and water out of red to white and stayed cool. Idk if the variable heat temp with building is messed up or what but this is about to be the second time I have to kill my character that I have been building and carrying logs with.

Drank water and kept cool to get rid of heat exhaustion still has not went away.

Heat exhaustion should go away after being cool and having meters in the white for a significant long period of time, should not stay sick for many days in game time after having my meters correct
