Dear DayZ Support Team,

I would like to report a frustrating bug I encountered while playing DayZ on an official server.

My yellow SeaMount backpack has become stuck inside a concrete wall or structure. Although the backpack is clearly visible, I am completely unable to interact with it, pick it up, or access its contents.

I have already tried several solutions, including changing my position, approaching it from different angles, and disconnecting and reconnecting to the server. Unfortunately, nothing has worked.

The backpack does not even appear in the "Vicinity" section of my inventory.

I have attached screenshots showing the backpack stuck in the structure, my empty vicinity inventory, the server information, and the exact location on the map.

I have spent many hours collecting equipment and supplies, so losing an entire backpack because of a technical issue is particularly disappointing.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know whether there is any possibility of recovering my backpack and its contents?

I understand that restoring individual items may not be possible, but I would appreciate your assistance or advice.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join official DayZ server 2002 | ASIA PACIFIC - SG | 1st Person Only (128.0.112.54:11500).

2. Go to the Badlands map, near Sefid Darya / Shah Yailaq, at coordinates 10193 / 7748.

3. A yellow SeaMount backpack was dropped and became stuck inside a concrete structure.

4. The backpack remains clearly visible, but it is impossible to pick it up or interact with it.

5. Opening the inventory shows nothing in the "Vicinity" section, even when standing directly next to the backpack.

6. Moving around the backpack, crouching, and trying different interaction angles does not resolve the issue.

7. Disconnecting and reconnecting to the same official server does not resolve the issue either.

Expected result:
The player should be able to pick up the backpack or access its contents when standing close to it.

Actual result:
The backpack remains visible but completely inaccessible. All equipment and supplies stored inside it are effectively lost.

Additional information:
This issue occurred on an official server. Screenshots are available showing the exact location, the backpack stuck in the concrete structure, and the empty "Vicinity" inventory.

I would appreciate an investigation and, if possible, assistance recovering my equipment.

The backpack should remain accessible after being dropped on the ground.

Players should be able to interact with it, pick it up, equip it, or access its contents through the inventory's "Vicinity" section.

Even if the backpack is positioned close to a wall or concrete structure, it should not become permanently inaccessible.
