The command quick action wheel can become unresponsive when pressing left on the D-Pad. I found two different ways that this issue became known. When running around for a while and after I entered a building, I pressed left on the D-Pad to pop up my command wheel but it would not respond. You can reset this flaw by pressing L2. After pressing L2 the gesture button would act properly when you try to pull up the interaction wheel. This bug reactivated when I was switching between my weapons, leaning, and ADS. After I pressed multiple different buttons and went to pull up the command wheel by pressing left on the D-pad, it once again did NOT respond. Pressing left on the D-pad only works after pressing L2 which will do a kind of reset allowing the command wheel to function correctly.

Not too important of a flaw to worry about.
