Loot is spawning in the wrong places for example, military items are spawning in the hospital, hospital items are spawning in industrial, police items are spawning in at firestations. This started after the 1.30 update. All category and usage names are correct on my servers and nothing was changed in that respect. Only new and updated files and items were added.

Simply checking these loot areas for particular items to spawn in those areas
