I’ve been having a major issue where my stashes won't stay buried. I’ll bury a Sea Chest or a Wooden Crate, and everything looks fine—the dirt pile shows up and the item is hidden.

However, when I come back later, the stash is just sitting there on top of the grass. This isn't just happening in one spot; I’ve tested this in multiple different locations across the map, and it keeps happening. It feels like the game is "spitting" the items back out of the ground, which makes it impossible to hide loot because anyone walking by can see it sitting right on the surface.
