First off I don't mind heatstroke being in the game but it needs to work and needs to be consistent it currently is not I ran across the top of the map to my base in the day wearing a hoodie, cargo pants and a hiking backpack all completely dry I started in panj asyab and ended in varzaneh I did not stop to rest in shade or do anything to cool down and I did not develop heat stroke.
On another life I spawned in marz e lut and walked a barrel 1500ish
meters (measured on I zurvived) I spawned at night and when I was done walking to base it was still night I had jeans a robe and a kameez all dry I was cold for the entire walk but when I got to my base I warmed to white temp and immediately got heatstroke. So far I have only been able to cure heat stroke 2 times(sat in a building and poured water on my face immediately after getting it but most of the time it doesn't work)I have tried restarting in shade outside and pouring water on my head waiting about 40 seconds and doing it again until I have used a full bottle it doesn't seem to help at all and sometimes I get worse sitting in shade (I do make sure I'm completely covered by the shadow of the tree during the day I have also done this at night and it doesn't make a difference) I have tried many ways of cooling off and it never seems to work, I have sat in the dam water for 5-6 minutes still have it (I got to the dam about 10ish minutes from first getting it) I have sat in a car with it on for a while and it wouldn't go away. I have tried having no clothes on and pouring water on my face. Tried having all of my clothes soaked in a barrel this dose seems to slow it down if I don't have it yet but doesn't help to get rid of it. I have sat in a house for a entire night and it still doesn't go away and I have tried being at max hydration. I have also tried any combination of what I have listed. Idk if this is a big or intentional but one time I was at max water the arrows were flip flopping up and down meaning I was at 5000 water I got heatstroke and went down to yellow water in about 10 minutes. Currently heatstroke is ruining this map for me like I said earlier I don't mind it being in the game but it needs to work and be treatable.
