Used to think this was a 4190 DE Official issue however now it seems more to be some disconnect issue, where the server forgets your progress. This is on 3833 DE Official. I was meeting up with my friend for hours but disconnected and had to do the 35 second wait of doom (when you disconnect and die DayZ forces you do that) so I tried to avoid that by server-hopping which made me wait 15 seconds, then spawned me a freshie in Svetoyarsk. I hoped to try get my loot back and went back to 3833 where my stuff was all back and I was in Mogilevka. I assume this is some server issue which messed up my save for a while but somehow fixed itself just in time for me to rejoin.
I have logged off for now and I'll rejoin soon to see if my stuff has saved.
Also I would try upload some videos of me walking around and logging out very much alive with my stuff, however it isn't letting me, so I'll try to keep this updated.
