Are you able to test the game on another network to check if the game will connect on it?
And can you provide your ID shown in the main menu next to the game version?

I connected my Xbox to my hotspot and it didn't seem to change anything I tried on official and community and saw no difference or error message it is just non responsive after I click to join the server(I added my ID)

In attempt to fix the issue we have cleared the character.

Yes I'll try and see if anything has changed

It doesn't seem that anything that has changed it still freezes after trying to load into the server

In such case can you try to connect on another network, ideally from another ISP so we can deny or confirm the issue is somewhere on your network?

Yeah it does maybe seem to be a network issue but I know that I haven't changed providers or plans and haven't messed with any network setting so I'm not really sure what caused the abrupt change

could have been a change on your ISP's end possibly
