when trying to install a barbed wire on a fence there's two slots with icons, one is an icon with the barbed wire on the bottom one is on the top. They are flipped. when putting barbed wire into the "lower" icon, it actually installs it on the upper one and vice versa

get barbed wire, plan to put it on the bottom of a fence, place it in the icon with the barbed wire on the bottom, it's on the top now
