What happened?

Been playing this server for awhile and I just came up on my 6th convoy or police event where no loot spawned. Zombies were there, no signs of player activity. These convoys do not appear to be spawning loot at the moment. I have not encountered this issue on other official chernarus servers.

Reproduction steps

Go to dynamic events. No loot present. Ever.
