What happened?

I spent 3 hours playing on ps5 official servers. I went to shoot a zombie with a pistol and my game crashed. I then reloaded back into the server after restarting my game and my character had completely wiped and I started fresh again!!

Reproduction steps

Game crashing on shooting. Before shooting my character was sliding around everywhere. But then levelled out.
