I am reporting this issue because it has become completely unacceptable.

On the PlayStation platform, there is a game-breaking bug where some players become invisible, or more specifically, their hands disappear, allowing them to kill other players while being extremely difficult to see or react to. This exploit is being abused constantly, and it has reached the point where the game is no longer enjoyable or even playable.

This is incredibly frustrating. We paid around €50 for this game, yet we are still dealing with basic issues like this. How is such a serious bug still in the game after all this time?

Do you actually test your updates before releasing them? Do you monitor bug reports at all? Because from a player's perspective, it certainly doesn't feel like it.

I am officially filing this complaint because this issue has been ignored for far too long. Players should not have to deal with game-breaking exploits every single match. We paid for a finished product, not a broken experience.

And is it really that difficult to temporarily ban the accounts of players who are clearly abusing this bug? This should be one of the easiest things for your team to do.

If multiple players report the same account for exploiting bugs, why not suspend that account for a few days, a few weeks, or even a few months while you investigate? At the very least, it would discourage people from abusing these exploits and would show that you actually care about keeping the game fair.
