Hi all,

Since 2 years or so, I sometimes have a weird bug that causes my Left and Right mouse buttons to be swapped. This is on vanilla official always and no mods.

I have had this the last two years while playing on either Windows 11 and steam or on Linux with steam. Now on Windows 11 with steam.

Before I start the game the game mouse works like normal. Meaning Left and Right mouse buttons work normally as expected on the desktop. When I stop the game and start the game its good again like set in the setup.

Windows 11 pro.

I start the game via Steam. Either through the launcher or client.

I rejoin the official server I was last time connected to. I join the server where I logged out holding a weapon in my hands.

I press the Right mouse button expecting to look through my scope of my weapon but it starts to fire my weapon.

I disconnect from the server and stop the game. I restart the game and rejoin the official server and the mouse buttons work like expected, like how it is set in the setup.

After restarting the game it stays good like it should during the whole gaming session. Only to come back again sometime later in the future. Sometimes 2 weeks, sometimes a month, but it comes back again.
