Nasdara kinda lost something when the water problem got pretty much completely removed for me. I no longer struggle to find drinkable water and i got so much of it that i can just ignore the issue completely even its supposed to be big feature on the map.
So yes im talking about underground water being drinkable right now.
Previously what i did i built "water base" with some crates, codelocked door, jerrycans and chlorine tablets near underground water tunnel entrance. That became my private well which will eventually get raided but i had hidden stash with supplies to remake it instantly. Now i dont need any of it, i dont even need a bottle, i can drink to full and go explore. If i do have bottle or two which are easy to find, i can explore much longer ofc but it feels way too easy compared to what it was at begining.
While at the same time i see a lot of players im aiming at with sniper rifle puking around in heat sickness or cholera, so for some the water issue has been too difficult which is probably reason you changed the water to be drinkable.
I think balancing problem here is that not many people figure out how to make these "private wells" and especially new players struggle with water.. When i was newbie i couldnt understand that stream water is not drinkable as i live in finland where you can drink from any lake or swamp without boiling it. To make it little bit smoother for new comers perhaps on death screen could be tutorial tips, especially if you die of sickness game would explain new comers what they might have done wrong. Maybe even nasdara related tips where it hints you where you can find chlorine tablets and purify the water you find.
