I removed 3-dial code lock from player built door on Nasdara, when I returned to door with the lock to replace it, it would not let me re-attach it to the door as if there was a lock already on it.

I took the code lock to another door, and it allowed me to attach it. I returned to the original door, and still could not attach it. I waited for a server restart, and tried again, but still cannot attach the lock.

Went back to second door I tried, and it does still allow re-attachment of the lock.

Attach dial code lock to door.

Remove code lock from door.

Try to re-attach code lock to door.

Expected to be able to re-attach the lock.
