Vanilla Nasdara cfgplayerspawnpoints has enable groups turned on but does not have groups. info in file says default setting is false yet it still is installed with it set to true. Console reports no groups detected error. reinstalled server multiple times to confirm it was originally set wrong.

Open cfgplayerspawnpoints.xml in nasdara mpmissions, scroll to enable groups line, read it.
