What happened?

I'm on PS5 playing Nasdara on a community server, a coupl of times I fire a single shot and the connection crashes. On one occasion I logged back in and had damage from the dogs I was trying to shoot. On the secocond occasion I respawned as a freshie and lost all my gear. My friends say it's happening on official too.
