I am reporting the suspicious disappearance of my base’s storage containers and shelters on an official server.

The base is inside a wooden barn used as a garage, protected by a metal gate with a digital code lock and barbed wire.

I last confirmed that the base was intact on October 25, 2026, at 05:00 Brasília time (UTC−3 / 08:00 UTC). When I returned on October 25, 2026, at 20:00 Brasília time (UTC−3 / 23:00 UTC), approximately 15 hours later, the storage containers and shelters had disappeared.

The missing storage consisted of:

In total, ten storage containers and shelters disappeared, representing a combined storage capacity of 750 inventory slots.

This represents the loss of ten storage containers and shelters, with a combined capacity of 750 inventory slots, along with the items that disappeared from them.

Some equipment and items remained inside the garage. I also observed that some of the remaining items were floating in midair inside the building. Please consider this unusual behavior when investigating the disappearance.

The metal gate was still standing and appeared intact, with no visible signs of forced entry. The attached photographs document the base before and after the incident, along with the server identification.

These circumstances raise concerns about cheating, exploit abuse, or a server persistence issue. I did not witness the incident and cannot confirm its exact cause.

I have also reported this incident to BattlEye Support, which acknowledged receipt under ticket #835650, through an email from [email protected]. I am including a screenshot of that acknowledgment. It confirms receipt of the report but contains no investigation findings. Please include this reference in your investigation and coordinate with BattlEye where appropriate.

This is not the first suspicious loss I have experienced. After spending days gathering materials and building a base, losing almost all of its storage within a single day is extremely frustrating. It undermines my confidence in official servers and my motivation to continue playing.

Please investigate the available server records for the specified period, provide a substantive response, and take appropriate action if misconduct or a technical issue is identified. I also request an assessment of whether the lost storage and items can be restored if cheating or a game malfunction is confirmed.

2. The base contained two tarp shelters, six wooden crates, one barrel, and one sea chest, and was protected by a metal gate with a digital code lock and barbed wire.

3. Confirmed the base and its storage were present on October 25, 2026, at 05:00 Brasília time (08:00 UTC).

4. Did not visit the base for approximately 15 hours.

5. Returned on October 25, 2026, at 20:00 Brasília time (23:00 UTC).

6. Found the storage containers and shelters missing, with some equipment and items scattered on the floor.

7. Observed that the metal gate remained standing and appeared intact, with no visible signs of forced entry.

The disappearance happened during this interval. Its exact time, cause, and any method of entry are unknown.

Under normal persistence rules, recently used, unruined storage containers and shelters should remain in place during a 15-hour absence unless removed or destroyed through legitimate gameplay.

I expected to return to the base with its storage preserved, subject to normal raiding mechanics. Instead, the storage disappeared while the metal gate appeared intact.

I would like the team to establish whether this was caused by legitimate player activity, cheating, exploit abuse, or a persistence malfunction, and address any confirmed issue.
