Usually, when you do something for enough iterations you tend to get better at it, whether it's running, meaning you have more stamina and endurance, or lifting heavy things meaning you gain muscle and more stamina for that, or anything else that you can repeat, you get better at it in some way.
Since this isn't really a thing in the game,(wearing 80kg of gear and hiking for years cannot make you stronger in this game,) then it would make sense to at least have a simple feature that would reflect how men and women differ in their strengths in real life, I would like the game more if women had faster stamina drain, and more significant drains on their power attacks, and if men gained stamina slightly faster, and had a slower drain than women
Also men should not be weighed down as much by carrying a lot of gear, women should receive debufs more than what they have now when weighed down by a lot of gear.
Women can then be faster at tasks like sewing and crafting, and get more uses out of sewing kits, i.e.: sewing kit goes from worn to damaged after 2 uses not 1.
When crafting is something more heavy like sawing planks or chopping down trees or tearing up bushes, except the smallest 1 stick bush, women will do these crafting tasks slower.
