While in the desert, my screen would completely white out and render me unable to see anything. When I stared at the sky or ground, the screen returned to normal. When I looked at the horizon, the screen would totally white out. This occurred around noon in game. In the evening, the problem went away. I was wearing goggles. While the screen was whited out, my inventory looked normal. This appears to be an HDR issue with DayZ.
