What happened?

the bunker door at coordinates "1.09 - 0.86" is bugged, once the correct code entered, it sound like the door is opening but it doesnt.

And I saw that you can put a 9V Battery on the codelock in the bunker, I dont think its supposed to be like this I guess, and you can "change code" from THIS codelock INSIDE the bunker, I think its a bug so Im here to report it, because I lose my 9V sadly (Ive been to a lot of differents bunker but never I had this bug somewhere else, first time I got this bug, so maybe its THIS specific bunker)
