What happened?

A server I staff in recently had a full crash and characters were rolled back a couple minutes which presumably triggered an issue with the code dials, code dials were not able to be placed on gates to lock them up. As well as one of the coded in bases had the new buildable houses on nasdara, after it was put in the player tried to build a gate on it and upon server restart the gates and walls disappeared

Reproduction steps

As far as I know I cannot replicate any of it, one of the players on hit the brakes on his car which trigged a full server crash, and as for the building issue with the new buildings being coded in has been consistent
